E-CIAM 'cultural association formed a nonprofit called the International Center of watercolors of Molise, hereinafter referred to CIAM

3 - Aims
CIAM has the following purposes:
-popularize the art of watercolor to a wide audience of Molise and Italian in general and to the international training courses;
-use in different languages communicative exchange: Italian, English, French and possibly other languages, as requested by the participants and the availability of instructors watercolor;
-expanding educational and cultural horizons of educators and teachers in the art of watercolor;
-present itself as a place ' meeting and gathering around the cultural and artistic interests, fulfilling a social function and maturation of human and civil growth, promoting a form of continuing education;
4 - Activities:
To achieve its aims, the means CIAM promote various activities, including:
- Training:
or Corsi di acquerello per bambini dagli 8 anni in poi, per ragazzi e per adulti ;
o Soggiorni per gruppi italiani e stranieri interessati a praticare l’arte dell’acquerello in un ambiente sereno e stimolante;
o Attività artistiche inerenti all’acquerello, da tenersi in lingua inglese, per studenti dei licei artistici e altre scuole del Molise e zone limitrofe, con l’assistenza di specialisti stranieri;
o Corsi di acquerello “all’aria aperta” in altri importanti centri del Molise, anche al fine di scoprire la cultura storica, architettonica e gastronomica molisana;
o Inviti ad artisti italiani e stranieri a tenere corsi di acquerello per i soci del C.I.A.M..
- Attività culturali:
o Conferenze e seminari su vari aspetti dell’acquerello con la partecipazione di artisti italiani e stranieri;
o Contatti e gemellaggi con associazioni di acquerellisti sia italiani che internazionali, in particolare con gruppi acquerellisti canadesi come la “Société canadienne des aquarellistes”
o Creazione di una Galleria d’arte dedicata esclusivamente all’acquerello;
o Mostre di acquerelli scelti tra i lavori dei partecipanti e degli istruttori;
o Attività particolare, nell’ambito della Giornata Internazionale dell’Acquerello che si tiene annualmente durante il mese di novembre;
o Attività con la tecnica dell’acquerello per diverse pubblicazioni della LIPU di Casacalenda, associazione che si dedica alla protezione della natura;
o Iniziative culturali in collaborazione con Kalenarte e la Galleria d’arte contemporanea di Casacalenda;
o Qualsiasi altra attività culturale ritenuta opportuna dal Consiglio direttivo per il raggiungimento degli scopi del C.I.A.M.
- Attività editoriale:
o Sito internet del C.I.A.M, per presentare gli obiettivi e la programmazione di corsi e soggiorni, con informazioni su vari argomenti riguardanti la tecnica dell’acquerello;
or Publication of a newsletter.
5 - Members may join the CIAM
all those who share the goals of the institution, its spirit and ideals.
- Regular Members with annual subscription: individuals or entities who agree to pay an annual fee established by the Governing Council;
- honorary members with no annual fee, people, organizations or institutions that have contributed in a decisive manner, through their work or their moral or economic support to the establishment and activities of CIAM. They have no right to vote
.
The annual membership fee and can give free access to some courses specifically watercolor by the Board of Directors.
All members are required to comply with the provisions of this statute and any rules of procedure. The Governing Council may decide to exclude members in the event of conduct which causes injury or property for the purposes of CIAM
members of majority have the right to vote for approval and amendments to the Statutes and regulations and the appointment of representatives the Governing Council of the Association.
6 - Economic Resources of CIAM:
Economic resources consist of CIAM:
- fees established annually by the Governing Council;
- voluntary contributions;
- contributions of public and private
- donations and bequests;
- extraordinary income;
- reimbursements;
- movable and immovable property;
- fundraising
Art.7

Art.8-
General Meeting The Annual General Meeting of the voting members shall be convened by the Governing Council. All call will be made via e-mail. It meets at least once a year in ordinary session and in extraordinary session when necessary. Will be valid meeting by videoconference and chat. The first call of the ordinary shareholders' meeting is valid if there are the majority of the members and shall be effective with the majority of those present on second call the validity regardless of the number of registered members and is based on actual attendance. The summons must be made at least 10 days before the date of the meeting. The relevant minutes of the resolutions will be forwarded to members via e-mail.All 'opening of each session, the Assembly shall appoint a chairman and a secretary who shall sign the report.
Article 9-Ordinary and Extraordinary
The ordinary resolution on the outline of the activities of CIAM to achieve the aims set out in the statute and has the following tasks:
- ensure the election of the Governing Council
- set the annual membership fee,
- approve the final budget.
The assembly of the voting members shall meet in extraordinary session whenever the Council deems it appropriate or is required to convene at least one third of the members.
extraordinary shareholders' meeting decides on amendments to the Statute and the possible dissolution of CIAM
Art.10-Board
The Governing Council is composed of a minimum of three members elected by the Assembly from among its members. The Council members carry out their activities free of charge and shall hold office for three years, renewable.
Il Consiglio direttivo è l’organo esecutivo del C.I.A.M. Si riunisce almeno due volte all’anno ed è convocato dal presidente.
Il Consiglio direttivo ha tutti i poteri di ordinaria e straordinaria amministrazione. Nella gestione ordinaria, i suoi compiti sono:
- predisporre gli atti da sottoporre all’assemblea;
- formalizzare le proposte per la gestione del C.I.AM.;
- elaborare il bilancio consuntivo che deve contenere le singole voci di entrate e di uscite relative all’anno finanziario;
- elaborare il bilancio preventivo che deve contenere, suddivise in singole voci, le previsioni delle entrate e delle uscite relative all’esercizio annuale successivo;

11 - President
The President remains in office for three years and is the legal representative of CIAM in all respects.
Its tasks are:
- convene and preside over the Council;
- setting the agenda and coordinate the various proposals;
- subscribe administrative acts;
- overseeing the implementation of the resolutions of the Assembly of the Council o ,
- sign acts that involve a commitment of CIAM
- open and close bank accounts and postal and procedures
receipts - to give shareholders a special prosecutor to handle various activities, with the approval of the Governing Council.
Art.12-
Vice President The Vice President assists the President in carrying out his task. In case of absence or incapacity of the President, legal representation and the functions are assumed by the Vice President.
Art 13-Secretary-Treasurer.
The Secretary-Treasurer is working with the President, has the power to sign with the President and the Vice President for all financial transactions of CIAM, and its tasks are:
- keep administrative acts and accounting
- preparing minutes of meetings ,
- Ensure the collection of dues
- prepare the annual budget.
- coordinating the various proposals.
The President, the Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer shall be appointed by an absolute majority by the Council. Shall hold office for three years and can be confirmed. The positions are without compensation.
14 - Dissolution The dissolution of the
CIAM CIAM is decided by the Extraordinary. The remaining assets will be donated to organizations with similar purposes or for public purposes.
